Refund and Returns Policy for Car Rentals

At Asteria Carluxury, we are committed to offering a premium car rental experience. We understand that plans can change, and our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.


General Terms for Car Rentals

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and modifications of car rental reservations made through our website: www.asteriacarluxury.ma. By booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.


Cancellation Policy for Car Rentals

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to pick-up will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time or in case of a no-show will not be refunded.

Refund Policy for Car Rentals

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for eligible cancellations, unused services due to vehicle malfunction (not caused by the client), or booking errors confirmed by our support team.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

Booking Modifications for Car Rentals

  • Changes to booking dates, vehicle type, or rental duration can be made up to 24 hours before the original pick-up time, subject to availability.
  • Modification requests made within 24 hours may be subject to a change fee and price adjustments depending on vehicle availability.

No-Show and Late Return Policy for Car Rentals

  • A “no-show” (failure to pick up the vehicle without notice) will result in 100% forfeiture of the rental fee.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges depending on the delay. Clients are required to notify us in advance for any change in return timing.

Non-Refundable Situations for Car Rentals

  • Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
  • Failure to present required documents (ID, valid driver’s license, credit card)
  • Unsuitable driving conditions due to client negligence
  • Use of the vehicle in violation of the rental agreement
